Director of Residential Services
Our residential programs provide a framework from which to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries learn daily living skills, develop meaningful relationships, and gain opportunities from becoming part of their community. Our dedicated staff creates a safe, warm environment and supports the residents in participating in community activities, providing transportation to medical appointments, managing their finances, and much more!
Responsibilities
- The Director of Residential Services is responsible for ensuring that all programs operate in accordance with the principles of Quest, the Department of Developmental Services and other state regulations and Riverside Polices and Procedures.
- Overall management of homes within a designated geographical area.
- Ensuring staff support residents in daily living skills, community participation, transportation to medical appointments, and financial management.
- Developing and implementing program policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Maintaining compliance with all applicable state regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Serving as a strategic leader and mission-driven communicator within the organization.
Qualifications
- Innovative leader with problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicator and mission-driven.
- Experience in residential services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
- Knowledge of state regulations and best practices in residential care.
- Ability to manage multiple homes across a geographical area.
Schedule: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (40 hrs) with a need to be flexible to meet program and on-call need
Rate: $33.69/hr
