Our Belmont clinic is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Physical Therapist who thrives in a collaborative, energetic environment. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong clinical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to supporting both patient outcomes and clinic operations.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinic standards and evidence-based practice.
• Review physician referrals and patient medical histories to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Deliver high-quality, hands-on patient care while maintaining efficient scheduling and clinic flow.
• Establish measurable goals, update plans of care as needed, and guide patients through a structured rehabilitation process.

• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and insurance partners to support coordinated care and smooth clinic operations.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture that enhances staff engagement and patient satisfaction.

• Complete timely, accurate documentation including daily notes, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports.
• Ensure all documentation meets clinic, payer, and regulatory requirements to support efficient billing and clean claims.

• Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a solutions-driven approach that supports clinic growth and operational excellence.
• Participate in workflow improvements, uphold clinic policies, and help maintain a professional, welcoming environment for patients and staff.

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or upcoming state of MI Physical Therapy license and CPR certification
• Managerial and Marketing/Sales experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office.
