Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate progress clearly - Contribute to a warm, person-centered care culture
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
- SNF and/or outpatient experience preferred — but we’re happy to train new grads!
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
