About The Role

We are currently seeking PRN (as needed) mobile phlebotomists with experience in hospital, office, or mobile settings. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision. You must be available for 5am-1pm at least 3 days a week between Monday and Friday. We value friendliness, empathy, compassion, and genuine care for patients. At Getlabs, You Will

• Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments (in your own vehicle), process specimens with a centrifuge that plugs into your car, and drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens with a high degree of accuracy
• Adapt in a rapid high-growth environment
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours
• As PRN, confirm your availability to your leader every Friday for the week ahead or weeks ahead, if possible
• Based on your submitted availability, your leader will schedule you in advance or call you as needed for shifts that fall within your availability
• As a PRN, be available a minimum of three (3) days a week during 5am-1pm ("Expected Shifts") between Monday and Friday. You are eligible to work up to 29 hours a week but are not guaranteed any hours in a PRN role

What We Are Looking For

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred)
• Experience processing samples
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
