Offering Relocation Assistance if you live more than 75 miles from Hillsdale, plus we'll pay up to $5,250 on your student loan!

Full Time (Nights) 7:00 pm to 7:00 am | 36 hours/week, including every other or every third weekend

• Hourly rate is $36.72 to $46.55 depending on experience
• 2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour
• 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hour
• weekend premium is an additional $2.00/hour

RNs are eligible for a payment of $5,250 on their student loan

• Education assistance and continuing education - many courses offered on-site at the hospital

• Valid Michigan RN license (may be able to work as a GN while you get your Michigan endorsement which is a quick process)
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred but not required; OB experience strongly preferred
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and TEAM certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)

• Collect and analyze assessment data, identify appropriate nursing diagnosis lists, and create individualized plan of care
• Monitor patients’ conditions and maintain accurate, detailed and confidential reports and records
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care
• Participate in unit specific/hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and assist with activities that enhance quality of nursing practices
