What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients across SNU, Acute Care, Outpatient, and Home Health settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, and swallowing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Document accurately using multiple EMRs (Net Health, Agile, Brightree)—training provided.
• Provide MBSS expertise when applicable.
