Advisa Care is seeking Top of Line Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in the Grand Ledge, MI

Looking for Full-time, Part-Time, PRN

• Provide in-home care services to private-duty clients in accordance with care plans
• Collaborate with clients, families, and the care team; communicate effectively
• Be able to travel within the service area to support client needs
• Work both as part of a team and independently as required

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• CPR Certified
• Good communication skills
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
• Ability to travel within the service area
