Requirements:

Education:

A bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or a related field is required.

Certification:
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) required.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in a blood bank or laboratory setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
