• Manage and oversee all operations of the Dietary Department
• Plan and provide nutritious, attractive meals that meet resident needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary food service environment
• Monitor food inventories and order supplies as needed
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preparation of food and supplies
• Operate within budgetary guidelines while maintaining quality standards

• Associate degree in a food services–related field
• Dietary Management Certification (Required - Can be in progress)
• Current Serv Safe Certification (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience, including 1 year in a management role
• Experience managing a budget
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a clinical or long‑term care setting preferred
• Positive, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude
• Excellent attendance and reliability
