Surgical technologists are essential members of surgical teams across all Munson Healthcare hospitals. This role demands

• Prepare the operating room for incoming surgeries while maintaining a sterile environment
• Prepare patients for procedures and hand instruments to surgeons upon request
• Stock supplies as needed and prepare the operating room
• Maintain inventory of supplies and keep files and records of procedures

• Graduation from an approved Surgical Technology Training Program
• OR Licensed Practical Nurse with previous scrub experience
• BCLS required
• Surgical Technologist certification (C.S.T. / N.C.C.T.)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and passion for patient care
