Position Summary: The Ropes Course Lead directs and supervises the camps adventure and ropes course program.
Essential Responsibilities:- Supervise ropes course staff for safe operation of the facility and program
- Complete staff training
- Conduct daily facility and equipment checks for safety and cleanliness, report any issues
- Maintain course records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education/
Experience:
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Training and experience in ropes course programs
Skills:
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of TEAMS and Share Point
- Willingness to learn new software as needed
- Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed צור
- Current and First Aid certifications
