Receptionist (Concierge) Intersect Healthcare Location

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $20.50/hr

Weekends only 9a-5p

• Welcome all new patients and families by greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate area or person.
• Inform team members of incoming admissions or discharges.
• Provide excellent customer service from admission to discharge.
• Ensure welcome and discharge gifts are presented to patients.
• Provide a positive experience for patients, families, and visitors.
• Implement welcoming amenities for each incoming patient.
• Follow up with current patients to make sure everything is going okay and more.

• High school graduate with experience in data systems, keyboarding, or word processing.
• Previous customer service / front desk experience required.
• Minimum of one year of clerical, typing or word processing experience preferred.
