Join the Well Bridge of Clarkston team! The Activities Aide delivers and leads life enrichment programs every day, providing both therapeutic and enjoyable experiences for residents.

• Base wages $15.15 per hour
• PLUS $0.85 per hour Hero Pay

Part‑time position.

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with residents, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one‑on‑one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to and from enrichment programs.
• Evaluate residents based on background, interests, abilities, physical limitations, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

• 1+ year of related experience in long‑term care preferred.
• Associate in Music or Recreational Therapy preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and getting the job done.
