Executive Director, Client Partnerships

We are seeking an Executive Director of Client Partnerships to expand our organization's presence by identifying new business prospects within hospitals, healthcare systems, and commercial payers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology sales and a proven track record of building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare technology solutions and services
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial payer organizations
• Strong network within the healthcare payer industry
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets
• Experience in consultative sales and managing client relationships
• Proficiency in developing proposals and negotiating contracts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
• Present technology solutions and services to potential clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
