Lake Michigan Nephrology, part of the nationwide Panoramic Health network, is seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a team that puts providers at the center of care to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Whether you're experienced in nephrology or new to the field, this opportunity welcomes all levels of expertise—those with outpatient/ office experience are especially encouraged to apply. • Starting base salary $105,000
• Full‑Time Benefits, 401k + PTO

• Office and Dialysis Centers – Monday‑Friday
• No weekend or call coverage expected

• Master’s degree program in nursing or physician assistant studies with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements
• Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics
• Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus resulting in improved patient outcomes
• Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations
• Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans
• Knowledge of medical records documentation in a confidential manner
