We are seeking Physician Assistants to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service members.
The primary work schedule will be weekends, with occasional weekdays, in the State of _________, on an "as needed" basis.
Under The Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), we provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:
- U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
- Army National Guard (ARNG)
- U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
- U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
- U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
- Air National Guard (ANG)
- U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
- Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
- Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
- Interview service members to assess current and prior medical concerns.
- Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues.
- Document interview results for readiness classification in a proprietary system.
- Active PA license in the state
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience with primary care, urgent care, or occupational health (preferred)
- Experience with mobile medical services (preferred)
- Knowledge of military systems, protocols, and terminology (preferred)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with high volumes
- Extended hours availability
- Ability to work at various locations, including remote military sites
- Weekend availability and ability to travel (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills

Diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing medications is not required.
