We are expanding our service offerings and seeking a clinically trained Massage Therapist to join our growing team.

Naturally You Aesthetics is seeking a medically focused Clinical Massage Therapist (LMT) with strong therapeutic skills and a passion for functional outcomes. role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working in a professional, collaborative setting and prioritizes reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting whole-body wellness.

• Provide customized, clinical therapeutic massage, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage
• Collaborate with the provider team to support integrated treatment plans and patient outcomes
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and track progress
• Educate clients on therapeutic goals and self-care recommendations
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, hygiene, ethics, and patient confidentiality

• Current and valid Michigan Massage Therapist License
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or therapeutic massage experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of soft-tissue techniques used for pain management and functional improvement
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and clinical team members
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development
