Financial Analyst - DeWitt Area

Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production efficiencies.
• Develop and manage operational budgets and financial forecasts for production.
• Prepare detailed financial reports on plant performance, inventory, and cost of goods sold.
• Conduct profitability analysis for products, production lines, and customer segments.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests for new machinery and facility improvements.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, valuation, and obsolescence risks.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements within manufacturing processes.

• Strong understanding and application of cost accounting principles in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and data extraction.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to analyze manufacturing operational data and provide actionable insights.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of supply chain finance and inventory management principles.
