Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

• Collaborate with operations teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with cost accounting and variance analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial and operational data.
• Ability to develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long‑range plans specific to manufacturing operations.
• Experience in presenting complex financial data and actionable insights to non‑financial stakeholders.

• Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing environments (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis)
• Understanding of supply chain finance and inventory management in a production setting
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for operational and financial reporting
