Finance Temp (Contingent – W2)
Location: Beaverton, MI (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Assignment (Maternity Coverage)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
We are seeking a Finance Temp to support the site finance team during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will provide cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting support within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have foundational accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, and the ability to quickly learn ERP and manufacturing finance processes.
This is a fully onsite position located in Beaverton, MI.
Key Responsibilities- Perform cost analysis and assist with standard cost establishment
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis
- Assist with month‑end close activities
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to site and divisional management
- Support performance monitoring against company‑established goals and objectives
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Site Controller
- Learn and support ERP and manufacturing accounting processes
Required:
- Associate's Degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to work onsite in Beaverton, MI
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Experience with Power BI
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing accounting processes
