This full-time, on-site Mortgage Loan Processor role is based in Fife Lake, MI. The primary responsibilities of this role include processing mortgage loan applications, verifying and reviewing documents, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and facilitating loan approvals. The individual will work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and members to provide exceptional service and efficient loan processing, while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

• Familiarity with the mortgage industry and principles of mortgage lending
• Proficiency in loan processing and assisting with the underwriting of loans
• Strong understanding of loan-related documentation and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting and provide quality member service
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or related fields are a plus
