Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Fast Tek Global is seeking an experienced Fixed Asset Accountant to manage and analyze financial information related to fixed assets, maintain accurate records, and support internal and external audits.

• Prepare, validate, and analyze financial information; create journal entries; maintain fixed asset records; and reconcile fixed asset and other general ledger account balances on a monthly basis.
• Prepare fixed asset account reconciliations, investigate, and clear any reconciling items.
• Review fixed asset project and purchase requests for proper accounting treatment and compliance with System’s capital policy.
• Work closely with departments to recognize asset retirements in a timely manner.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Assist in footnote preparation for quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Perform additional responsibilities or assignments as required.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Master’s Degree.
