Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability drivers to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, including capital expenditures.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, performance dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) analyses for management review.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of product margins, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Support operational teams with financial insights to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance explanations and recommendations.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy of manufacturing-related financial data.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation specific to manufacturing operations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial functions; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for operational improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience with cost accounting principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems relevant to manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain finance.
