Mortgage Loan Processor – Post Closing

Post Closing Manager

We are looking for a full-time Post-Closer for our Paw Paw, IL office!

• Review all closed loan documents to verify they are correct and properly signed. Request corrections from Settlement Agent, if applicable.
• Upon receipt of Final Title Policy and Recorded Mortgage, review the information for accuracy, upload the documents into Image Flow, and mark the documents as received.
• Prepare customer files to transmit to the Investor.
• Ship closed loan packages to Investor according to individual Investor guidelines prior to expiration date.
• Respond to all communication in a timely manner and with a high degree of urgency.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Current knowledge of mortgage products and services and ability to effectively explain them to customers.
• Strong credit skills with an understanding of investor guidelines, compliance regulations and loan policy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to provide customers with courteous, friendly service, which exceeds their expectations while processing transactions promptly, efficiently and accurately.
• Computer proficiency, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
