Description

I'm partnering with a growing, mid-size business that is intentionally elevating its accounting & finance function and is ready to bring in a Controller who thrives in transformation.

This is not a "keep the lights on" role. The Controller will play a critical role in modernizing the accounting operation-driving automation, improving processes, strengthening controls, and helping scale the function to support continued growth. You'll work closely with executive leadership and have real influence over how the finance organization is built for the future.

- 3-5 years of progressive accounting & finance experience

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
