Venteon Finance is currently seeking a SENIOR FP&A ANALYST to support the CFO of a rapidly growing non-automotive company in Oakland County.
REQUIREMENTS of the Senior FP&A Analyst role- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years FP&A experience in a multi-site / location environment
- Strong Financial Modelling capabilities and experience supporting operations finance
- Advanced skills with Excel and PowerBI
- ERP Systems Experience
- Provide monthly forecasting and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) analysis for the income statement
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including as required preparation of trial balances
- Prepare presentations for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews, annual budgets and business planning initiatives
- Perform M&A accounting and due diligence activities
- Completes monthly analysis surrounding Income Statement and Balance Sheet accounts along with explaining variance fluctuations
- Provides detailed financial analysis around challenges, cause/effect and final resolution
- Lead Provide support to CFO for external party requests
