Client Service Associate

Prepares financial plans for review and implementation, participates as 2nd chair in client meetings, and works on follow-ups for clients.

• Prepare and update financial plans using planning software, with guidance from senior advisors.
• Support client meetings: attend, take detailed notes, prepare materials, and handle follow‑ups.
• Analyze client data, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Assist with account management: transfers, cost basis updates, account forms, and service requests through custodians or broker‑dealers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and portfolio management systems, including generating performance reports.
• Provide basic client support and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Sets Prospect Phone Calls for Senior Team.

• Financial planning and analysis, with growing expertise in investments, budgeting, taxes, risk management, and estate planning.
• Accuracy and efficiency in creating financial plans.
