Senior BIM Designer

BMarko Structures is a leading modular construction company manufacturing volumetric steel modules and shipping containers as permanent structures in the commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial space. Our structures are installed throughout the United States and abroad. We believe that it's time for the construction industry to change. By completing up to 90% of our buildings at our factory, we are taking workers out of the job site and into streamlined manufacturing facilities.

We are seeking a talented Senior BIM Designer to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in the Anderson, SC area. The ideal candidate is one who closely represents our cultural values (found here: ).

• Solid experience with Autodesk Revit. Additional knowledge of other CAD programs (ie: AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with Architectural/ MEP construction drawings and understanding of blueprints and technical cut sheets (Engineering Drawings) is required
• Experience with Fabrication or Engineered Shop Drawings is required

• Draft and develop 3D models of our modular buildings for our ongoing projects
  • Model structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements in Revit (not required to know all from the start)
• Generate our shop drawings from the created 3D models of our buildings. Dimension and annotate (fabrication and assembly instructions, welding symbols, taping symbols, etc.) all shop drawing pages
• Work alongside our Assistant Engineering Manager to revise our shop drawings according to client comments as well as to requests/ suggestions from our Production department

• Bachelor’s degree is required. Engineering or architecture/ design degree is a plus
• 3 years of total CAD drafting experience. At least 2 years in Revit
