The Civil CAD Technician will support a growing portfolio of commercial site development and excavation projects. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to develop accurate civil drawings and models that support site preparation, grading, and utility installation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to high‑quality civil construction projects from planning through execution.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D with 1+ years of experience.
- Civil engineering and design.
- Experience in commercial construction and excavation projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Procore.
- Experience in drafting and civil design.
- Capability to work on projects for commercial or K‑12 schools.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paw Paw, MI.
Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.
