WhatYou Will Do
Seeking a skilled technician to support vehicle setup operations and hardware design. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with CAD design capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform vehicle setup, configuration, and hardware installation
- Create and modify hardware designs using CAD software
- Develop technical drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions
- Maintain documentation of installations and design changes
- Ensure work meets safety and quality standards
- 2+ years automotive or mechanical technical experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Works, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems
- Experience with hardware installation and assembly
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Technical degree or certification in automotive technology or mechanical engineering
- Experience with prototype vehicle builds or custom installations
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Familiarity with testing and validation procedures
Pay Range: $75,000-$100,000 a year
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work RequirementsThis role is considered an on-site position located in Northville, MI. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
