Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Design, procure, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues and non-conformances.
- Support the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing (NPI).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Create and maintain detailed work instructions, process specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, improve throughput, and reduce scrap.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process improvement and optimization
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for fixture design and process layout
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with automation, robotics, and manufacturing equipment integration
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) or industrial robot programming
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integration
- Advanced data analysis and visualization skills (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with additive manufacturing processes and design for additive manufacturing
