Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Analyze tooling designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards.
• Oversee the procurement, fabrication, and maintenance of all production tooling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex tooling-related issues to minimize production downtime.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies for tooling processes and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and launch.
• Conduct root cause analysis on tooling failures and implement robust corrective actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in tooling design, manufacturing, or maintenance within a production environment.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD, CATIA) for tooling design and analysis.
• Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes such as machining, molding, stamping, or casting.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot tooling issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

• Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., Mold Flow, FEA).
• Proficiency in additive manufacturing technologies for tooling or prototyping.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of advanced materials (e.g., ceramics, composites, superalloys) for specialized tooling applications.
