Validation Engineer

The Validation Engineer will work with customers (internal and external) to develop PPAP documentation for products produced by Safari Circuits.

• Generate PPAP documentation for new programs, transfers, or engineering changes as required, including submittal of customer PPAP's.
• Develop and write Validation Documents:
  Risk Assessment, Validation Plan (OQ, PQ), User Requirements, Functional Requirements and Validation Report.
• Monitor and control validation samples in manufacturing.
• Develop Process Flow Charts, PFMEA's and Control Plans.
• Identify key process and quality characteristics and monitoring methods.
• Plan and perform MSA's and Gage R&R's.
• Plan and perform process capability studies.
• Develop and perform Design of Experiments (DOEs).
• Monitor and measure process changes and analyze the effects.
• Identify and assist in resolution of non-conformances.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

• 2-3 years of electronic manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of printed circuit board assemblies and industry standards.
• ISO 13485: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 experience.
• Must have a strong command of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
