• 3+ years of engineering experience launching product
• Lighting experience is a plus
• Proven self‑directed Project Management skills while consistently hitting deadlines
• To lead new product development through concept, design, tooling, and production readiness.
• Proven results towards continuous improvements
• Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning
• Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. product/machine design and build, launch, quoting, price negotiation, customer interaction
• Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 3+ years of experience in related field
• Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
• Manufacturing experience is a plus!
• Industry specific experience is a plus, but not a requirement
