Cranbrook Schools is seeking part-time Private Music Teachers to teach lessons at various grade levels. Instructors focus on scales, arpeggios, etudes, solo, and chamber music literature. Families will contact the instructor to request lessons, sign a contract, and schedule a mutually convenient time for the student and instructor.

• Teach private music lessons at various grade levels.
• Cover scales, arpeggios, etudes, solo repertoire, and chamber music literature.
• Coordinate scheduling with families for mutually convenient lesson times.

• Bachelor's degree in Music or related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Successful experience teaching students is required.
• Extensive personal accomplishments in performance are preferred.
• Qualifications must be present on your resume. Professional references will be contacted.

Note:

This is not a full-time or consistent part-time position; lessons are by appointment only and instructors are paid bi-weekly for lessons taught. Pay rate is $35 per 30-minute lesson.
