• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in all core subject areas
• Ability to manage students in a positive and supportive manner
• Ability to collaborate well with other teachers to meet individual student needs
• Implement the current curriculum with fidelity
• Provide whole-class and small-group differentiated instruction based on student needs
• Ability to keep organized and accurate records
• Assess and monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student progress and behavior
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Perform other duties/assignments as assigned
