• Regular, full‑time (40 hours/week)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Pay rate: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on certification, degree, and years of experience
• Location:
  
  Onsite, Lake Orion, MI

• CDA (Child Development Associate) credential required OR a bachelor’s or associate degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in an infant classroom
• CPR certification
• Willingness to pursue higher education in accordance with NAEYC and Michigan Child Care Licensing guidelines for ECE teachers

• Ensure overall safety of children
• Develop and implement daily lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and interests
• Implement High Scope curriculum, philosophy, and assessment tools
• Conduct parent‑teacher conferences
• Comply with licensing rules, regulations, and procedures
• Attend company and school meetings
• Partner with parents and support students on toilet training approaches
• Participate in snack and meal service using family‑style dining
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
• Ensure the classroom environment is engaging and developmentally appropriate
