Monday ??? Sunday 7:00 AM ??? 7:00 AM: 24-hour call.

For subsequent assignments:
Monday ??? Friday: 7:00 AM ??? 3:00 PM regular onsite hours, followed by 3:00 PM ??? 7:00 AM night call.

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM ??? 7:00 AM 24-hour call.

Please submit bids including 24-hour rate and regular hourly/night call.

Immediate turnaround on credentialing application and billing enrollment packet required.
