Position Overview Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care Join a thriving practice with a loyal patient base Collaborate with three experienced Nurse Practitioners Shared call schedule with physician colleagues Access to specialists, lab services, and imaging onsite or nearby Eligible for National Student Loan Repayment Program Qualifications MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent) Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License (or eligibility) Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits Medical, dental, vision, life insurance Generous PTO, holidays, and sick leave CME allowance Relocation assistance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Retirement plans: 403(b) with employer contribution + 457(b) Short- and long-term disability coverage This position is available due to a planned physician transition, ensuring continuity of care for an established patient population.
