Structured Schedule with Weekend Call:
Maintain a consistent weekday schedule with operating room (OR) call responsibilities on weekends. Weekday hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Call response time: 30 minutes No Weekend Rotations:
Enjoy a predictable schedule with no weekend rotations. Independent Practice:
Work independently without the need for direct supervision. Diverse Caseload:
Deliver anesthesia care across a wide range of specialties, including:
Endoscopy Pediatrics Urology ENT General Surgery Oral Surgery Orthopedics Vascular Surgery Trauma Ophthalmology Proficiency in Techniques:
Demonstrate expertise in performing spinals, blocks, and epidurals. Advanced Technology:
Maintain patient records efficiently with the Epic electronic medical record system. Collaborative Environment:
Integrate into a team with a 3:1 CRNA to MD ratio and a 2:2 MD staffing structure across 4 operating rooms and 1 dedicated endoscopy room. Vaccination
