  Level IV
• Size: 46 beds
• Coverage: 7a-7p and 7p-7a daily physician coverage, 30 hours/month in administrative duties, 9a-9p daily NPPA coverage
• Malpractice:
  Claims Based/Unlimited Tail
• Requirements: ABEM or ABFM Board Certification

Otsego Memorial Hospital is a 46-bed facility in Gaylord, Michigan. Itwas founded in 1951 and has since aimed to offer comprehensive healthcare to the local community. They would have achieved Level IVTrauma designation and have imaging, surgery, and rehabilitation in-house while still being able to access all the specialties and resources of the Munson network.
