Rate: $9600/daily rate - 24hrs. Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate for orientation and training. Hourly - $400/hour. Holiday - 1.5x. OT - 1.5x. Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using Doctime; no timesheets will be approved.
