Open (assignment dates listed below show sample scheduling windows for coverage)
- Shift coverage: 24-hour or 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM)
- Annual ER volume (projected): 15,000 visits
- Average patient volume per day: ~40/day by end of year one; ~20/day in first 6 months
- Radiology: 24/7 CT and X-ray (no MRI)
- Lab Services: 24/7 lab (no blood bank)
- Surgical Services:
Available at Lansing location
Provide Emergency Medicine coverage as part of a 24/7 ER team. Coordinate patient care with radiology, laboratory, and surgical services as described above. Maintain patient flow and ensure high-quality care within department resources.
Qualifications- ABEM or AOBEM board certification required (No FM/IM candidates)
- ATLS proof from residency required
- MI state license required

Rates to Submit:
Malpractice included in rates. Orientation is at half of hourly rate. Hourly rate: $400/hour. Holiday rate: 1.5x. OT: 1.5x. Conversion fee. Site uses reverse billing; provider must clock in/out using Doc Time; no timesheets will be approved. Immunization records (Hep B, MMR, Varicella or immune titer) and influenza, COVID documentation, TB within 12 months, TDAP (within last 10 years) required for clearance from occupational health.
Immunization and credentialing requirements are in place for clearance. Open to new graduates. Local providers will be prioritized.
