* Senior Landscape Architect
* to lead design projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with builders, architects, and discerning clients.
About the Role
* Lead the design process from concept through construction documentation.
* Develop planting plans, hardscape layouts, and 3D visualizations.
* Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly.
* Guide clients through design decisions with clarity, diplomacy, and creativity.
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to Rivertowns culture of excellence.

Qualifications
* Bachelors or Masters in Landscape Architecture.
* 5+ years of professional design experience (residential preferred).
* Proficiency in CAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite.
* Strong horticultural knowledge, especially Zone 4-6 plantings.
* Excellent communication and client facing skills.
* Licensed Landscape Architect.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
