We are seeking an Interior Design Consultant who brings creativity, confidence, and leadership to the table and thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment. This high‑visibility leadership role blends interior design, cabinetry expertise, project management, and client engagement.

You will be the connector between clients, designers, trade partners, and the JCH team, ensuring the design vision is clearly communicated, thoughtfully executed, and seamlessly integrated into the build process.

• Lead clients through the interior design and selections process with confidence and clarity
• Develop and manage cabinetry designs, layouts, and finish selections
• Coordinate closely with clients, designers, architects, vendors, and trade partners
• Manage timelines, documentation, and selection milestones to keep projects moving forward
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed decisions that align with their vision and budget
• Collaborate with the JCH team to deliver a smooth, elevated client experience
