Job Description & How to Apply Below
In search of a full-time associate dentist in small town, Michigan. I am the owner of a well-established, privately owned dental practice located in a welcoming small town. Our practice has built a strong reputation for high-quality, patient-centered care and has a loyal, multi-generational patient base. We pride ourselves on a supportive team culture, modern clinical systems, and a comfortable pace that allows dentists to focus on excellent dentistry rather than volume-driven care.
We are seeking a seasoned, full-time associate dentist to LEAD our practice and provide comprehensive general dentistry. We provide a well-trained experienced dental team to assist chairside and with patient care. This position is 4-5 days per week, offering an excellent work-life balance while maintaining strong earning potential. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, patient-focused, and interested in a long-term opportunity within a stable, community-oriented practice.
Schedule:
* Full-time: 4 days per week, Mon-Thurs, Fridays available also
* Consistent schedule with predictable patient flow, FFS/PPO office
* Trial working period upon hire
Compensation & Benefits:
* Excellent compensation, 35% of collections, no lab bill
* Health insurance provided
* Malpractice insurance covered
Ideal Candidate:
* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
* Active Michigan dental license
* MINIMUM 3 years clinical dental experience
* Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
* Comfortable practicing independently in a general dentistry setting
* Values long-term relationships with patients and staff
Why this Opportunity:
This position is ideal for a dentist looking to escape the pressure of high-volume corporate dentistry while earning excellent compensation. The serene waterfront setting offers a lower cost of living, friendly community atmosphere, and loyal patients who value trust and continuity of care.
Compensation:
• $200,000-$300,000/year
