Dental Assistants are an integral member of our team and help foster our clinically led culture. Key Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortable
- Set up and break down operatory post‑treatment
- Take dental radiographs (x‑rays)
- Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Provide patients with follow‑up instructions following all dental treatment procedures
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
- Dental assistant certificate where state regulations specify
- X‑ray certification where state regulations specify

Working Environment &Physical Requirements
This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood‑borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, sitting, leaning, and bending up to 8 hours a day. Will be required to carry, transport, and use tools and equipment. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
