Position: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Service Support Specialist
Location: Clarkston

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Service Support Specialist to assist customers, sales teams, and operations with order management, shipment tracking, and general service support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer and sales inquiries regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and product information.
  • Document and elevate customer or product issues as needed.
  • Conduct onboarding survey calls to new customers.
  • Assist with monthly reporting (On‑Time Shipments, Accuracy, Expedite Logs, customer scorecards).
  • Support CON/Transfer processes and repack/relabel tasks in the P21 system.
  • Provide backup coverage for customer service and administrative teams.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and participate in continuous improvement (Lean) activities.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years customer service experience required; industry‑related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagram‑based instructions.
  • Basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
