Overview
I am looking to bring on an additional full-time Customer Service Rep at my Farm Bureau insurance office here in Rockford.
This role is a mix of helping clients, running quotes, and light sales — no cold calling or pushy sales stuff. Just taking great care of people and helping them make sure they’re properly covered.
Responsibilities- Helping clients with policy questions, payments, and changes
- Running auto & home insurance quotes
- Assisting with claims when needed
- Spotting chances to help clients improve their coverage
- This could be a great fit if you’re:
- Friendly, reliable, and organized
- Comfortable talking with people and using a computer
New to insurance? No Worries. We’ll train and help with licensing. Have a P & C license? Even better!
