Our company is looking to hire an engaging and motivated customer support representative. We are an online website that specializes in the selling of Andersen®'s window and door parts and pieces, along with a few other brands of products. Your daily tasks would include helping our customers via our support ticket system, chatting with them via our chat software and most importantly answering the phone to help them with their product needs.
You receive a flat rate of 1% commission for all sales you’ve logged plus your hourly rate. We have a great group of people here at and are looking to add a long-term member to the squad. Problem-solving is an invaluable trait to excel in this position as well as proper phone etiquette.

Responsibilities- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Learn about our internal processes and product catalog
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree or equivalent
